Creative Storyteller and Artistic Director

We are seeking a creative leader to spearhead our 2D animated series. This role shapes the story, characters and artistic style while guiding the production team to deliver a compelling product.

This role requires developing engaging narratives, character arcs and worldbuilding for a strong narrative foundation. Providing clear direction to artists and designers ensures alignment with the overall vision. Leading voice actors during recording sessions is also key. Making key creative decisions will be executed by the production team.

  • Developing captivating stories and memorable characters
  • Translating narrative into compelling imagery and art direction
  • Collaborating closely with artists, designers and production teams

To succeed, you will need:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Writer, Director or Showrunner in 2D animation, television or film
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Deep understanding of animation pipelines and processes
