We are currently seeking an experienced project leader to oversee the development of digital solutions for forward-thinking organisations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead research & discovery, identify gaps and design growth strategies for clients. They will also manage web design and development projects across UX, SEO and dev teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery of high-performance digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategize and implement digital solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing exceptional service and support
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in a leadership role within a digital agency or similar environment
  • Strong technical foundation, with experience working with complex web platforms and technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members
