This role provides operational support to the Contact Centre & Prepayments teams, playing a critical part in delivering excellent customer service and experience.
The ideal candidate will have twelve months of experience dealing with customer complaints and escalations, knowledge of accounts receivable processes and basic accounting principles, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines.
