Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 140 properties in the Eastern Suburbs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of properties in the Eastern Suburbs
  • Develop strong relationships with tenants through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained
  • Address repair and maintenance needs promptly and efficiently
  • Monitor and control arrears, ensuring timely payment from tenants
  • Coordinate ingoings and outgoing inspections to ensure smooth transactions
  • Oversee lease renewals to retain valued tenants
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in real estate management is preferred
  • Certificate of Registration is mandatory
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills are essential
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 is required
