About the Opportunity

Workforce Australia For Individuals is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the delivery of two major infrastructure projects, the Cowarra Water Supply Scheme and the Thrumster Wastewater Scheme. These projects are critical to the region's growth and development, and will have a significant impact on the community's water and wastewater services.

Project Overview

The Cowarra Water Supply Scheme and the Thrumster Wastewater Scheme are two of the largest projects that Workforce Australia For Individuals will deliver over the next decade. The projects involve the delivery of treatment plants, large diameter water mains, sewer pump station upgrades, and gravity mains reconfigurations. The estimated total cost of these network projects is between $50 million and $100 million.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the project team to deliver the Cowarra Water Supply Scheme and the Thrumster Wastewater Scheme
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and community groups
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Monitor and report on project progress and performance
