Key Position Overview:

The Facility Management Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving cost-effective service delivery across multiple shifts and rosters. Their core responsibility is to meet organizational targets while ensuring quality outcomes that emphasize workplace health and safety, food hygiene, and adherence to relevant legislative compliance.

Primary Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate the planning and execution of Dry Storage operations
  • Develop and implement waste management and stock control strategies to optimize service delivery
  • Establish and maintain effective delivery schedules
  • Lead workforce planning initiatives aligned with current and future business objectives
  • Ensure daily coordination meets manning requirements
  • Conduct regular reviews and analysis to address potential barriers to meeting service standards

About You:

  • Experience in Store Coordination and Service Delivery
  • Strong knowledge of Transport and Logistics principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AX Dynamics desirable
  • Excellent People Management and Leadership skills
  • Sound understanding of WHS requirements and Forklift operation
  • Effective Verbal and Written Communication skills
  • Results-driven and solution-focused
