**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**About the role**

Rapid transformation of our Kyneton facility has created the need for a stand-alone Planning team, to be led by the Planning Manager. As part of this role, you will establish the end-to-end Planning Process, including the development of an integrated cross-functional Sales & Operations Planning Process. Whilst building the Planning function and process, the Planning Manager will also lead the weekly and day-to-day generation of the Production Plan based upon the integrated Demand Plan, and which the Operations and Procurement teams will execute against.

**Location: Kyneton, Victoria**
- **YOUR RESPONSIBLITIES**
- Develop and implement the end-to-end planning process including demand planning, production planning & scheduling and material planning, plus Sales & Operations Planning.
- Implement the process of generating demand plan via structured interface with the Commercial team
Build and lead end-to-end planning team at Kyneton Site.
- Build a cross-functional network at Kyneton and across Kilcoy Global Foods to develop, imbed and continuously improve the end-to-end Planning process.
- Work with the Operations, Commercial, Procurement, Warehousing and Logistics teams to generate and deliver step-change outcomes for the Kilcoy business, customers and stakeholders.
- Support the business Digital transformation, and the own the Planning elements to transform our way of working.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL**

- Experience in a similar role
- Food manufacturing and/or FMCG experience
- Experience Managing teams
