Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to lead a crew responsible for delivering bituminous spray sealing, line marking and road maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the operation of equipment in adherence to approved processes and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the Team Leader to develop delivery strategies and monitor financial performance.
  • Be available for after-hours emergency responses and overtime as required.
  • Travel within the state to support broader emergency responses.
Essential Requirements
  • Current Victorian Driver's Licence
  • Current Medium Rigid Truck Licence
  • Civil Construction Safety Induction Card, Traffic Management Ticket, First Aid Certificate and HR Licence
  • Construction Induction White Card
  • Working knowledge of computer tablets / mobile devices
  • Strong administrative and computer skills
Desirable Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Civil Construction
  • Understanding of Asset Maintenance Management Systems
