As a key member of our high-performing and collaborative team at CU Services Pty Limited, you will be working under the leadership of Partners and Special Counsel to deliver exceptional client service and build effective relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in briefing counsel, drafting correspondence, preparing advices, and assisting with proceedings in significant corporate litigation and regulatory investigations and prosecutions undertaken by Australian regulatory bodies, including ASIC.
  • Contribute to a broad range of litigation matters, often high-profile, and develop your technical legal skills under the guidance of leading litigation Partners and Senior Associates.

Requirements:

  • Quality post-qualification experience from a reputable disputes practice.
  • Commercial litigation and/or regulatory experience.
  • Familiarity with Supreme/Federal Court litigation and strong academic results.
  • An ability to thrive in an independent yet collaborative environment, demonstrating initiative and a strong work ethic.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional client service and building effective relationships.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a drive to engage with clients and Counsel directly.
