Senior Residential Construction Professional Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned builder to join our team and take on challenging projects. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing residential renovation and insurance jobs across the Sunshine Coast.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the role of builder on all types of residential works, with strong technical knowledge of the residential construction standards, codes and processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Measuring on-site and preparing BOQs, quotations & scope of works
- Procurement of materials / purchase orders
- Subcontractor management
- Excellent communication skills and proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
Additionally, the successful candidate will have:
- Minimum qualification - Builder's license (ideally 15 years' experience +)
- Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining high-quality work
