Job Description

This is a strategic data leadership role that focuses on the analysis and use of internal datasets to drive key decisions for the organization.

As a specialist in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics, you will lead enhancements to existing Power BI dashboards for Community Support business units, leveraging your expertise in data analysis and visualization to inform strategic planning and decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have experience using Power BI for reporting and dashboarding needs, as well as strong communication skills to present findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable way.

  • Lead the analysis and use of internal data sets for service planning and performance purposes.
  • Design and deliver service use analysis, including detecting trends and changes over time.
  • Supervise and support centralised forecasting, growth and access planning for services in the Community Support Department
