Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill an administrative support role within our General Medicine team at Calvary Mater Newcastle. As a key member of our team, you will be working closely with the Nursing Unit Manager and other clinical and administrative team members to ensure high quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Medicine team, including coordinating appointments, managing patient records, and maintaining accurate data entry.
  • You will work collaboratively with the nursing staff to ensure seamless communication and effective care delivery.
