Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in revising and improving commercial processes and policies.
  • Support functional teams with day-to-day commercial and procurement activities.
  • Maintain contracts registers and attend meetings to assist the broader business.

Project Support

Provide commercial support for iron ore feasibility studies by:

  • Drafting contracts and purchase orders.
  • Engaging internal stakeholders in Tender Evaluations.
  • Drafting tender packages and facilitating the tendering process.
  • Assisting with contract negotiation and award.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in contracts administration for major mining projects.
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Basic understanding of Contract law and common law.
  • Proven skills in bid and tender package development.
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and commercial departures.
