Supply Chain Leadership Opportunity

About the Role

This position involves managing day-to-day operations, building scalable processes, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning & Inventory Management
    • Partner with sales and operations teams to manage forecasting and production planning.
    • Maintain inventory accuracy across manufacturing sites and 3PL partners.
  • Procurement
    • Raise purchase orders and manage ingredient and packaging supply.
  • Freight & Logistics
    • Manage outbound freight across retail, foodservice, and export channels.
  • Systems & Reporting
    • Use cloud-based platforms to manage data and support business decisions.
Requirements
  • 3-8 years' experience in FMCG supply chain management.
  • Strong data skills and proficiency in cloud-based platforms.
