Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced retail professional to lead our team and drive business success.

  • This is a full-time opportunity for a dedicated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and achieving key commercial targets.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a multi-million dollar store, focusing on developing and delivering the store retail plan to achieve key commercial targets. This includes ensuring that Coles' visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and auditing standards are met.

  • To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience working in a fast-paced, complex environment, with the ability to coach, lead, and develop a large team (100+).
  • You will also need to have a customer-obsessed mindset and continually seek to better understand our diverse customers.
  • Additionally, you will need to be able to drive a one-team culture which puts team members' health, safety, and wellbeing first.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver the store retail plan to achieve key commercial targets.
  • Ensure Coles' visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and auditing standards are met.
  • Cultivate a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
