Lead Store Operations

The role of the Assistant Store Manager involves overseeing and directing daily store operations to ensure outstanding customer service.

A successful candidate will have previous supervisory experience, preferably in a retail or trade environment. They should be able to demonstrate sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience, as well as mechanical/automotive parts knowledge.

This position requires flexibility with availability and holding a valid driver's license. The ideal candidate will prioritize safety and have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature.

About You
  • Previous supervisory experience or ready for that next step
  • Retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience
  • Mechanical/automotive parts knowledge is ideal
  • Flexible availability and valid driver's license
  • Prioritise safety and physical capacity to handle heavy products
