Senior Mental Health Practitioner

This is a senior mental health professional role that leads evidence-based practice, mentors colleagues, and provides meaningful interventions for young people aged 12–25.
- Provides clinical guidance and support the team in decision-making to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Delivers psychological assessments and interventions for young people experiencing low–moderate mental health concerns.
- Works closely with the Clinical Lead and Centre Manager to determine the right pathways for every young person, ensuring holistic care.
