About the Role:

We are seeking a self-motivated and friendly Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at Travelex. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our travel money products, and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and achieve individual KPIs/targets
  • Maximize sales and promote our Travelex product range to all customers
  • Embrace digital marketing and social media platforms to engage with customers
  • Monitor stock levels and investigate discrepancies
  • Comply with company policies and procedures

Your Qualifications:

  • Passion for travel and a positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal communication and written comprehension skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in retail, cash handling, or banking is desirable
  • Ability to handle routine activities with attention to accuracy and detail
  • A strong record of performance delivery through increased sales and/or performance against KPIs
