  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of a group-wide compliance review program
  • Work with our legal, quality, and HSE teams to monitor changes in compliance obligations and ensure our response meets stakeholder requirements
  • Work with our project teams to support them in meeting their compliance expectations and requirements
  • Ensure we minimize internal red tape in meeting our compliance obligations
  • Integrate the reporting of compliance measurement programs across the business efficiently, including HSEQ and certification-related requirements
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with:
  • A bachelor's degree in business, accounting, law, engineering, or a relevant discipline
  • Minimum 7+ years' experience in assurance, audit, or compliance program roles
  • Passionate about delivering outcomes that make a difference
  • Ability to travel as required
Additional desirable skills include prior experience in developing and implementing business review, continuous improvement, or assurance programs, as well as program or change project management.
