Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled SAP MM Consultant to join our customer support team for the digital supply chain. This is a client-facing role where you will provide advice, assistance, and solutions to our customers in SAP Materials Management.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Expertise in SAP Materials Management: Offer advice, assistance, and solutions to customers in SAP Materials Management through active engagement and relationship building.
- Support Integration Areas: Be involved in integration areas of cross-functional modules as PM, WM, SD, and/or Finance.
- Post-Go-Live Support: Provide support during the post-Go-Live phase.
- Customer Inquiry Management: Manage customer inquiries with regard to SAP Materials Management issues.
- Issue Resolution: Retain ownership of customer issues until resolved or escalated.
- Hardware and Software Troubleshooting: Investigate, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software faults related to end-user devices.
- High-Priority Issue Response: Respond to high-priority issues in a timely manner.
- Business Analysis and Solution Development: Work closely with customers to analyze requirements and develop fit-for-purpose SAP solutions leveraging industry and platform best practices.
- Configuration and Testing: Configure the relevant components of the solution and perform testing and data migration activities.
- Business Improvement: Continuously improve upon the business experience and identify solutions where efficiencies can be achieved.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience consulting in SAP Material Management, ideally in an Australian setting in the resources industry.
- Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Certifications: Ideally relevant SAP certification and ITIL certification.
- Skills: Proficiency in Business Process Designing, Blueprinting, Configuration, Unit & Integration testing, Training, Documentation & Production support.
- Communication and Consulting Skills: Excellent communication and consulting skills.
- Consulting Practice Environment: Experience in a consulting practice environment.
- Industry Experience: Our clients span multiple industries, experience in the resources, engineering, and construction industries would be advantageous.
