Job Title: Installation Lead

We are seeking an experienced Installation Lead to manage our product kitting and assembly function at our workshop/office.

">

This role involves proactive workflow management, planning labour, materials, packaging, and shipping to meet customer deadlines. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels of raw materials and kitting components to prevent uninterrupted production.

The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach, managing team members to meet production schedules, providing daily updates to management on output and production challenges, and planning inventory levels of component parts and raw materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage team to meet production schedules">
  • Provide daily updates to management on output and production challenges">
  • Plan and manage inventory levels of component parts and raw materials">
  • Manage install kitting and wiring assembly process">
  • Assembly of hardware kits and wiring assemblies and subassemblies following processes and instructions">
  • Calibration, programming, and final testing of hardware devices">
  • Labelling and packaging of finished goods as per inventory procedures">
  • Liaise with suppliers on a regular basis to ensure goods inward delivery times are met">
  • Mechanical aptitude and dexterity to use hand tools">
  • Solid understanding of electronic circuits and drawing standards">
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics (preferred)">
  • Experience troubleshooting and ability to communicate to stakeholders with varying levels of knowledge">
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail">
