The position involves working collaboratively alongside a professional, highly-experienced teacher to co-construct a play-based, inquiry-driven program reflective of the Reggio Emilia Approach. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with children, families, colleagues and the community, as well as leading in the creation of engaging spaces for learning and discovery through play and exploration.

Requirements

Qualified candidates must possess a minimum Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education, have Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration, and preferably a minimum of five years' experience in a similar role.
