Legal Specialist - Consumer Expertise

We seek accomplished professionals to spearhead our legal operations.

Mid-senior level legal specialists with expertise in commercial and consumer law are ideal candidates.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years PQE within top-tier private practice or a large in-house legal team.
  • Strong technical experience across Commercial Law, with exposure to Consumer Law, Intellectual Property, Digital Commerce, and/or Data Privacy is desired.
  • FMCG, retail, or consumer digital product/commerce industry experience is advantageous.
  • Problem-solving skills, effective collaboration, and excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to learn business requirements quickly, analyse legal and commercial risks, and propose creative solutions.
  • Capacity to influence internal and external stakeholders, possess a service-oriented attitude, and hold full Australian working rights.
