About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our patients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive pharmacy services to clinical areas within your remit
- Performing medication reconciliation processes, resolving medication-related issues, and offering medicine information and counseling to patients
- Collaborating with medical and nursing staff to ensure optimal medicine usage and adherence to hospital policies
- Assisting with departmental duties as required, demonstrating a flexible and supportive team player attitude
About You
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Pharmacist who shares our commitment to excellence in patient care. To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent, accompanied by current and full AHPRA registration without restrictions
- General pharmacy knowledge and experience relevant to the position
- Well-developed time management and organizational skills
- A positive attitude and professional manner that aligns with our customer-focused philosophy
