As a seasoned leader in the cheese industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing process from raw milk to maturation. Your expertise in hard cheese production will ensure compliance with rigorous food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the production team to optimize yields and throughput
  • Supervise daily activities including curd cutting, whey separation, moulding, pressing, brining, and aging
  • Manage production coordinators and line operators to maintain product quality
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in cheese manufacturing, preferably in hard cheese like cheddar or parmesan
  • Proven track record of managing production teams in a food-grade environment
  • Familiarity with continental cheese processes is highly valued
