We are seeking experienced Cheese Production Assistants to join our production team at our Dandenong South plant.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in food manufacturing, strong communication skills and a proven safety record. You will also be reliable, punctual and able to follow work procedures. Additionally, you should have sound technical aptitude, be able to work individually and in a team environment, and have good problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To assist in cheese making activities with a focus on delivering planned schedules and supporting efficient production.
  • To ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the company's Health and Safety Policy.
  • To provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in food manufacturing is essential.
  • Strong communication skills and a proven safety record are highly regarded.
  • You should be reliable, punctual and able to follow work procedures.
  • You should have sound technical aptitude and be able to work individually and in a team environment.
