The Security Officer role is a critical part of our team, responsible for providing a security presence while remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed, and customer-focused team, providing exceptional customer service to all our customers and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Concierge and commercial building security
- Access control and monitoring of CCTV systems
- Responding professionally, courteously, and promptly to customer enquiries
- Directing and escorting visitors to site
- Visitor sign-in, induction, and key registration
- Identifying and reporting building maintenance issues
- Conducting foot patrols internally and externally
- Australian citizenship
- Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate
- Current NSW Security licence
- Hold a NV1 AGSVA clearance
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team environment
- Integrity and sound judgment
