Key Responsibilities
  • Database Design and Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain large-scale PostgreSQL databases to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
  • Database Administration: Install, configure, upgrade, and monitor databases to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.
  • Database Support: Provide technical support to application teams for incidents related to PostgreSQL databases.
  • Database Monitoring and Reporting: Implement monitoring and health reports to identify and resolve issues affecting end-users.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical system documentation and adhere to ITIL framework for all work-related activities.
Requirements
  • Relevant Experience: Proven experience working with PostgreSQL databases in a complex environment.
