Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed site assessments and plans for optimal sound dispersion and coverage.
  • Produce schematic drawings using CAD, Axis Site Designer, and EASE Evac tools to design high-quality audio solutions.
  • Recommend and integrate third-party audio products into overall systems to enhance customer experiences.
  • Support sales efforts with technical demonstrations and pre-sales documentation to ensure successful sales outcomes.
  • Provide training and updates on audio solutions to internal teams and stakeholders to maintain expertise and drive business growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer engineering, network engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Experience in customer-facing pre-sales roles, preferably in network audio or IP-based audio solutions, is essential.
  • General knowledge of common paging loudspeaker systems/solutions and IP-based audio and AV control systems is required to deliver effective solutions.
