Ultrasound Specialist with Clinical Expertise
Job Description

The Ultrasound Specialist will provide technical support during the sales process for a leading medical technology company. The specialist will be responsible for demonstrating product features, training customers, and improving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership during sales process by demonstrating full range of product features to customers
  • Develop and deliver product training to customers on software and equipment use
  • Improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education on optimization of equipment utilization by customer
  • Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstrations and promotions
  • Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales strategies
  • Produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction
  • Facilitate team communication and sharing of best practices
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Active professional clinical/technical certifications necessary to scan live patients
  • Current basic clinical scanning proficiencies on current products/platforms
  • At least 2 years commercial applications/modality experience with demonstrated successes in high level customer interactions
  • Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Willingness to travel extensively within specified geographic region and nationwide sales meetings
  • Ability to communicate effectively using local language
  • Knowledge of GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, and Quality Goals
Desired Characteristics:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • Strong leadership skills and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and present complex material in understandable terms
  • Interpersonal and communication skills with external customers and global counterparts
  • Solid problem solving skills and business acumen
