Job Description

This is a dynamic role that combines direct client support with operational and leadership responsibilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff schedules and rosters to support smooth day-to-day operation of community-based home care programs, including transport services in regional areas.

They will also contribute to service planning and delivery, maintain accurate rosters to ensure timely and appropriate service provision, and support billing and reporting processes.

Additionally, the role involves ensuring compliance with program guidelines such as the Home Care Package (HCP) and Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP).

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Willingness to undertake an NSW NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Australian Driver's Licence
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Minimum Certificate IV in Aged Services or other relevant industry qualifications
