**Job Overview**

The role of Training Manager involves leading a team responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to ensure compliance with industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement effective training strategies to meet business objectives
  • Lead a team of trainers to deliver training sessions, manage on-the-job coaching, and provide performance feedback
  • Manage curriculum development, course content, and delivery methodology to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Maintain accurate records of training delivery, assessment, and evaluation

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE or TAA)
  • Extensive leadership experience with a focus on customer service culture
  • Ability to lead, translate, and implement compliance, industry standards, and legislative requirements into training methodologies
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a record of building relationships with stakeholders
  • Able to obtain and maintain ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card)
