Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee project execution from initiation to completion, effectively managing scope, timeline, resources and budget.
  • Mentor and direct a team of 6 professionals in visual merchandising and store project management.
  • Cultivate opportunities for process enhancement and implement best practices across our stores.
  • Support the implementation of new systems, technologies and store formats.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between headquarters and store teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to evaluate project impact and return on investment.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in Retail Operations.
  • Prior experience in a project management role is preferred.
  • A proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • A thorough understanding of retail store operations and the customer journey.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A valid Driver's License is required for this position.
  • Interstate travel is required for this position.
