This is a full-time position where you will have in-depth knowledge of signage, media and printing equipment. As a valuable resource for our business, the Technical Consultant will provide expert advice, perform product demonstrations, and provide sales/support for our customers.

**_The role:_**
- Provide expert advice on the range of different products offered within Graphic Art Mart to existing and potential customers.
- Be a point of call for sales staff to utilise their knowledge to assist with technical customer enquiries.
- Keep up to date with an ever-growing industry, ensuring you are developing your knowledge in all brands Graphic Art Mart represents in the marketplace.
- Identify product opportunities and provide education on how the business can better utilise them.
- Attend Trade shows, Exhibitions and training workshops.
- Qualified sign writer with a minimum of 5 years of experience within the sign writing or printing industries.
- Be comfortable with regular interstate travel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer literacy.
- Outstanding customer service ability and a passion to add value to customers.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work.
- Professional presentation and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in assessing customer needs.
- Must be an Australian / New Zealand resident or citizen. Sponsorship is not offered for this role. (No temporary visas, unfortunately)
