Urban Landscapes Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Urban Landscapes team and drive positive outcomes for the organisation and community.

The role involves delivering a range of services and programs, with a focus on horticulture, landscaping and green keeping.

Key responsibilities include leading a work team, motivating staff, resolving conflict and coordinating the work of others.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have extensive field experience in the horticulture industry and a strong awareness of Work Health and Safety aspects related to this role.

The ideal candidate will possess a commitment to living the values of respect, integrity, teamwork, trust and optimism.

Benefits of the role include a permanent, full-time position (38 hours per week) with a 4-day work week, salary from $99,183.76 to $107,357.31 per annum plus 12% superannuation, leaseback vehicle, flexible work conditions and generous leave provisions.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Minimum Certificate III in Horticulture, Landscaping, Green Keeping or similar, and/or extensive job-related experience.
  • High level awareness of Work Health and Safety, environmental and risk identification aspects related to this role.
  • Current Class C Drivers Licence.
  • Extensive field experience in the horticulture industry.
