We are seeking an Administrative Support Professional to join our dynamic team at Mediboost, a leading digital marketing agency specialising in dental and medical marketing.

This is a full-time remote position with standard hours from Monday to Friday, 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sydney Time.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the directors, handling personal tasks such as shopping, booking appointments, and coordinating home services, as well as supporting on projects as required by handling administrative tasks such as data entry, research, document preparation, and task coordination.

To be successful in this role, you will require strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail, experience managing calendars, emails, and travel bookings, familiarity with digital tools (Google Workspace, Drop Box, Slack etc.), and the ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Calendar & Inbox Management – Schedule meetings, filter emails, and set reminders.
  • Document & Data Management – Organise files, update reports, and assist with presentations.
  • Liaison & Communication – Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
