Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and quality products
  • Train and develop staff to achieve business objectives
  • Schedule shifts to meet QSC&V and safety standards
  • Manage financial transactions and maintain efficient production procedures
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience, including 1 year in a management position within a McDonald's operation
  • Diploma in Management or higher qualification, or 3 years of relevant work experience in lieu
  • Completion of Department Streams Course or equivalent, including a post-class action plan

A valid work visa or Australian residency is required. The successful applicant will be rewarded with a competitive salary package based on the Fast-Food Award, with allowances for experience and bonuses when business goals are met or exceeded.

Salary and Benefits:

The base hourly rate is $27.17, with break loading and allowance included. Other benefits include employee discounts and quarterly bonuses.

Work Arrangements:

This is a full-time, permanent position with an 8-hour shift and rotating roster. Performance bonuses are also available.
