Nurse Management Coordinator – Chronic Conditions Opportunity

**About the Role**:

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Management Coordinator to join our team in Alice Springs. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires sound professional advice and critical thinking skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide strategic leadership and support to nursing staff in the management of chronic conditions
  • Develop and implement effective care plans and programs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve best practice outcomes

**Requirements:**

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia or eligibility for same
  • Graduate Certificate beyond entry-to-practice relevant to specialty area
  • Experience driving manual vehicles and eligible to obtain a NT Driver's Licence
  • Willingness to travel to remote communities by 4WD or light aircraft on a regular basis
