Embedded Expertise seeks a seasoned Critical Systems Specialist to join our team in ensuring the operational readiness of heavy industrial projects.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in brownfield project delivery, particularly in heavy industry settings. A strong background in Operational Readiness is essential, with a proven track record of successful project execution.

We are looking for an individual who can effectively manage risks and develop comprehensive MTEC (Manuals, Training, Equipment, and Commissioning) plans to guarantee seamless plant start-ups, reliable operation, and cost-effective maintenance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing risk management strategies to mitigate potential hazards
  • Collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups to ensure effective communication and project buy-in
  • Managing the planning, coordination, and execution of major plant outages to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits that reflect your value to our organization.
