Disability Support Worker

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Disability Support Workers. This is a rewarding role that requires providing person-centered care and support to clients in their own homes.

This position involves assisting clients with daily living activities, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life. As a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, client-centered care and support.

  • Provide support with personal care and household tasks
  • Promote independence and enhance overall quality of life
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Requirements:
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Two relevant professional reference checks
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • NDIS Orientation module
  • Drivers License, your own vehicle, and full Comprehensive Insurance
  • Cert III Individual Support (desired)
  • Cert III Disability (desired)
  • Cert III Aged Care (desired)
