Metals Fabrication Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Metals Fabrication Specialist to join our team. As an Apprentice Metal Fabricator, you will have the opportunity to develop expertise in all aspects of fabrication, including welding, drilling, steel cutting, steel bending, hardware installation, and technical drawing interpretation.

The ideal candidate will possess effective organizational skills to ensure seamless project execution, as well as be able to foster a collaborative environment, promoting teamwork and ensuring all sections work cohesively towards shared goals.

You will also provide practical advice, direction, and feedback to the fabrication team, working closely with them to achieve outstanding fabrication outcomes.

A high level of safety awareness is essential, with a focus on encouraging safe work practices throughout the workshop.

Prioritize and delegate tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results, participating in quality control checks with a focus on attention to detail and non-conformance processes.
