Community Care Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Community Care Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

  • Job Description:

  • As a Community Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care to clients in their homes. This may include medication administration, wound management, clinical assessments, and personal care.

  • You will work closely with our team to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families are essential for success in this role.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse

  • Diploma of Nursing qualification

  • At least 1 year of nursing experience

  • National Police Clearance

  • Unrestricted South Australian Driver's License

  • Working with Children and NDIS clearances

  • Valid manual handling, first aid, and CPR certificates

  • Proof of COVID-19 and flu vaccinations
