Key Finance Partner Wanted

The ideal candidate will serve as a key finance business partner, driving financial excellence across Amazon Logistics' Last Mile delivery service. This rapidly expanding business requires a strong finance team that closely partners with Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Excellence teams to build a portfolio of delivery stations, vehicles, and technology.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
  • Develop and publish regular financial reports highlighting key performance indicators and business metrics.
  • Perform controllership activities, including variance analysis versus plan and forecast.
  • Conduct strategic analysis to drive program expansion, balancing delivery speed with cost efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.
  • Advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence.
  • MBA or CPA qualification.
  • Knowledge of Tableau.
  • Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools.
