Finance Business Partner Opportunity

This role involves partnering with high-profile stakeholders to deliver exceptional finance business partnering experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with various teams and stakeholders across the district to identify opportunities for financial efficiency and cost savings.
  • Assist in budgeting processes and provide training on data systems use for analysis and reporting to meet organisational objectives and strategic priorities.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in accounting, business, commerce or other relevant discipline and membership of an appropriate accounting organisation or equivalent relevant experience in a large, complex organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve, prioritise workload and meet deadlines, both autonomously and within a team in an environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical and conceptual skills with demonstrated ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders and in multi-disciplinary teams to deliver change.
  • Demonstrated high-level analytical skills using financial, statistical, human resources and management data systems to proactively improve business performance.
