About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Consultant to join our dynamic team at JLL. As an HSE Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, clients, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and engage in HSE activities to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and management systems.
- Conduct project reviews and provide valuable insights from a health, safety, and environmental perspective.
- Manage incidents and conduct investigations to identify root causes and implement systemic solutions.
- Design and deliver training programs to promote a safety-first culture.
- Review contractor HSE documentation and suggest recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in risk discussions and workshops to support successful project delivery.
- Be a champion for JLL's One Team S.A.F.E.R. Together Safety Culture.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Cert IV in OHS (Diploma preferred)
- ICAM Lead Investigator certification preferred
- Construction Industry White Card
- Prior experience in the construction industry in an on-site capacity is highly regarded
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and reporting experience
- Successful candidate is required to be eligible to apply for and receive a Negative Vetting 1 Australian Government security clearance
