HSE Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Consultant to join our dynamic team at JLL. As an HSE Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, clients, and sub-contractors.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct site visits and engage in HSE activities to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and management systems.
- Review contractor HSE documentation and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Manage incidents and conduct investigations to identify root causes and implement systemic solutions.
- Design and deliver training programs to promote a safety-first culture.
- Participate in risk discussions and workshops to support successful project delivery.
- Minimum of a Cert IV in OHS (Diploma preferred).
- ICAM Lead Investigator certification preferred.
- Construction Industry White Card.
- Prior experience in the construction industry in an on-site capacity is highly regarded.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and reporting experience.
