Excel Expert - Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Excel expert to join our accounts department as a specialist in accounts receivable. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to work efficiently with large volumes of data.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Process high-volume invoicing and reconcile customer payments against invoices using Excel matching skills
  • Reconcile bank receipts to invoices sent out
  • Manage and create Pivot Tables, apply auto-matching techniques, and prepare and mail merge PDF invoices using Excel
  • Work hands-on with large datasets and carry out manual data processing

Requirements :

  • Experience in accounts receivable and bank reconciliations
  • Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
