**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online research.
- **Client Acquisition**: Contact and meet with incoming leads to understand their needs and propose tailored marketing solutions.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and presenting new service offerings.
- **Proposal Creation**: Develop compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our services and value proposition.
- **Follow-Up**: Diligently follow up with prospects and clients to close deals and ensure client satisfaction.
- **Market Research**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, creative, and strategy teams to ensure client requirements are met and expectations exceeded.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably within the marketing or advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to articulate our service offerings effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
