About the Role

You will work as part of a dynamic team that invests in your professional development and supports you to achieve your career goals. With support from Centre Leadership, Teachers, and Educators, you will work towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and team members
  • Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures, and Requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children and families
  • Contribute to the education program in the room and centre team
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
Requirements
  • A willingness and motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
  • A permanent right to work in Australia
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Flexible availability
  • Interest in early years education
  • Working with Children Check or be willing to obtain one
  • Proof of immunisation against Measles, Mumps, and Rubella and Whooping Cough (Pertussis)
