As a dynamic and experienced retail professional, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to achieve sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and upholding the Skechers brand image in our flagship store located in the Western Suburbs of Sydney.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a senior retail manager where you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and staff scheduling. You will also be responsible for training, mentoring, and developing team members to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.

To drive sales, you will implement effective merchandising strategies, product knowledge, and promotional activities. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, and build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced retail leader who has:

  • A proven track record (2+ Years) as a senior store manager or similar leadership role in retail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
